Just plug it in and its ready to go. And with a large variety of wood, granite and marble surround packages to choose from, you'll be able to complement any room's decor. Please note the CF550EV ($949 retail) & CF750EV ($1,049 retail) can be used for 208, 220 & 240 volt applications and they come with an added heater to increase the heat output to 8,700 BTUs. They do not come with a cord, but they are ready to hard wire. The look and features of these units are the same as the CF550E and CF750E, but is should be noted that combustible materials can not overlap the front of the units.
