The Crestfire, model CF550-E, is a new electric fireplace that is easy to install and features a brilliant ember bed, beefy grate, new log designs, realistic flame, hanging mesh screen, thermostatically controlled heater, optional remote control, optional refractory, and much more. Optional bifold doors available in three finishes plus all of the trim, surrounds, cabinets, marble, granite and other finishing options for our 550 series gas fireplaces make matching any decor a snap! *Please note the CF550EV ($949 retail) & CF750EV ($1,049 retail) can be used for 208, 220 & 240 volt applications and they come with an added heater to increase the heat output to 8,700 BTUs. They do not come with a cord, but they are ready to hard wire. The look and features of these units are the same as the CF550E and CF750E, but is should be noted that combustible materials can not overlap the front of the units.
